Lindsay joined Underhill & Hodge LLC in 2017 after working for eight years as in-house counsel, most recently with EXXCEL Project Management and prior to that with Schottenstein Property Group.   From this experience, she understands the intricacies of the business side of real estate and can advocate for clients on various aspects of their commercial transactions.  Lindsay’s range of experience includes zoning and land use, business formation, sales, and acquisitions-including due diligence and closing coordination, lease agreements for retail, office, and warehouse space,  and construction and permanent financing.
