Susan Gordon

Sue’s legal experience runs the gamut including broad real estate acquisition, development, and leasing expertise as well as the general aspects of real estate matters. Her domains of practice vary from acquiring and developing properties to leasing large shopping centers, industrial, and multi-use projects for national and regional developers.

Prior to her tenure at Underhill & Hodge, LLC, Sue spent several years in private practice in Atlanta before joining The Wendy’s Company as Vice President of Corporate and Real Estate Counsel, managing the real estate, acquisition, disposition, and franchise legal teams.
